ABOUT US
Emerald Pines filed its Master Deed February 26, 1988, pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Condominium Act of 1978. Our homes consist of 3-4 Bedroom, Colonial and Ranch units with 2 car attached garages.
Our Annual Dues are determined by the elected Board of Directors each year, reviewed with the homeowners at the annual meeting in the Spring, and are due on June 1st of each year.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Emerald Pines Board of Directors is comprised of volunteer residents of our community. They have the powers and duties necessary for the administration of the affairs of the Association.
Emerald Pines’ By-Laws require 3 Directors on the Board with voting authority on behalf of the residents. The principal Officers of the Association are the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer – with a minimum of 3 Officers to support the Board.
CONDOMINIUM BUILDING SITES
Each owner holds an absolute and undivided title to their unit and to the dwelling and other improvements located therein. All Units in Emerald Pines consist of only individual building sites. Each Condominium unit consists of the space contained within the unit boundaries as shown in the Condominium Subdivision Site Plan.
